Ingredients:
- Chicken breast or thick pork chop
- Broccoli florets
- Sliced small brown mushrooms
- Quartered tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Optional: Italian herbs
Instructions:
- Slice meat into thin strips
- Separate broccoli head into florets
- Slice mushrooms if whole
- Heat olive oil in large frying pan or wok
- Add minced garlic.
- Add meat to pan to cook.
- Add mushrooms and stir until they release their liquid.
- Add broccoli and cover to steam.
- Add tomatoes to heat through.
- Optional: add cooked pasta to mixture.
- Stir and serve in bowl(s).
